Ms. Vanitzian is also an Arbitrator and a Certified Mediator with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Dispute Resolution Program. Ms. Vanitzian’s column, Associations and Common Interest Living, regularly appears in the Los Angeles Times. She has also written Villa Appalling! described as “the ultimate buyer beware guide” for common interest developments, homeowner associations and planned communities.
